About the Owner
Elizabeth Villani has been in the property management business for over 15 years. After working in the field for many years, she decided it was time to make a difference and wanted to implement her own ideas and ways of communicating with landlords and tenants.
As you may know, dealing with tenants is a challenge and the Massachusetts State Laws are not in the best interest for owners or landlords. Elizabeth values everyone and wants her tenants to be comfortable and satisfied with their housing decisions. She strives to reduce the stress of rent collection, repairs, and property maintenance when owning a rental property. Everyone wants to make money, not lose money!
In short, the process of managing a property is very lengthy, detailed and time consuming. Elizabeth understands that no matter what she does, she isn't going to make everyone happy but the bottom line is, she tries her best and looks at each property as her own with her own tenants.
Elizabeth has a B.A. in Business from the Elms College. She also retains a MA Construction Supervisor's License, MA Home Improvement License and Real Estate License in MA and CT.
