As you are well aware there are many property management companies in our local area.  Choosing a property management company has a major impact on the future success of your business.  As with any investment, your leadership and management teams are the key to your success.  Simply put, if your property manager is spread too thin, or does not have their finger on the pace of your property(s), then you know as well as we do that it all boils down to lost revenue for you and your family.  Here at Rental Solutions LLC, we have the team necessary to get the most out of your investment. 

As a fully licensed and insured company, we have reputable subcontractors necessary to handle your repairs as well as, 24-hour emergency service. We have administrative and accounting systems in place to accommodate one single owned property or multiple properties but more important, is our drive to maintain an amicable relationship between the property manager and owner, and property manager and tenants.  Our primary focus is to address maintenance issues as they become apparent and not let them go by the wayside or not be addressed—because in the end, this will result in problems for all parties involved-tenants and landlords as previously mentioned.  Next, we are fastidious at maintaining that 14-day notices are sent out immediately to tenants that do not send their rent in on time-between the 1st and the 6th of the month. The 14-day notices would go out between the 8th and the 10th of the month.  These are to name a few of our practices.
